As of 22 June 2026, Data Core Systems has completed its legal conversion from S.R.L. to S.A. and now operates as Data Core Systems S.A.
The change reflects the growth of the company since 2012 and prepares it for the next stage. Cătălin Matei has been appointed CEO.
For clients and partners nothing changes in the way we work: the same team, the same commitments and the same contacts. Only the company form on contracts and invoices is updated.
